Shipping Policy

LV Nutritional Products (Pty) Ltd (Registration No. 2013/122573/03) delivers products throughout South Africa using The Courier Guy.
Order processing
Orders are processed from Monday to Friday. Once payment has cleared, orders are normally dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed over weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Delivery timeframes
Delivery times are measured after dispatch and are estimates only:
- Metro areas: 1 to 3 business days
- Regional areas: 2 to 5 business days
- Remote areas: 3 to 7 business days
Delivery times may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including weather, strikes, service interruptions and peak trading periods.
Shipping charges and specials
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Free shipping may be offered on selected specials only; where a special applies, its terms will be shown with the offer.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, The Courier Guy provides tracking information so that you can follow delivery progress.
Collection
Collection may be available for selected orders where offered by LV Nutritional Products. Please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability and collection arrangements.
Addresses, delivery issues and damaged parcels
Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are accurate. If a parcel arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours and retain the packaging and product for assessment. For delivery delays, failed deliveries or lost parcels, contact us with your order number so we can assist with The Courier Guy.
Your statutory rights
This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable South African consumer-protection law.
